New Year, New Hair

It’s the first post of the year 2010 on LifeAfterTwenty. =)

First day of school, parents will send their kids to school. And this is what happen annually. Photo right from my house’s window…

Supposed to meet Vanessa and Shelin today to go down to RELC to make payment for the examination. $1982 for 3 full units and 2 half units. freaking expensive la~! Not much of queue at the counters though. But still I was given #26.

And then, we went to Mac for breakfast~!!

Did I mention? 3 of us coincidentally WORE BLUE TOGETHER LEH~!

And since Vanessa had appointment to rebond her hair at 1pm and I was going to Fox Salon at Orchard Central at 12.30pm, we decided to go 313 for some window shopping. Quite a few nice shoes but not enough money to buy. =((

And to compare the effect of the rebonding. I took a before and after photo. heh.

Damage Count: SGD150 (rebond only, no haircut)
I had a haircut at JeanYip on NewYearEve, and they slice it real thin, which according to Wilson is not suitable for my hair texture. As the hair near the roots are pretty short and so when it grow longer, it will become frizzy. So I was told to keep it as long as possible then do rebonding, by then, it will be straight – no frizziness. I shall wait and see. Hmm.

Time Spent: 3 hours ++ ( 1300 to 1630+)

Our Xmas Gift Exchange

This Christmas is kinda lonely, in a way. Because I aint celebrating Christmas itself with AhSir. Instead, I will be working from 5pm to closing, which is 11pm. (Leaving AhSir all alone at home playing L4D.. or is it L4D2…)

Anyway, I decided to drag AhSir out yesterday to choose his Xmas present. (pssst. he was in town for 3 consecutive days~!!! haha). We were out in town on the 22nd. Then he sneaked to town again to get my Xmas present. And today, we are back in town to get his Xmas present.

I once told him after I got him a backpack for his birthday…

I want a backpack too. But I have a list of  “Terms and Conditions” for you to comply:

• It has to have a laptop compartment.
• It has to have MANY compartments so as to accommodate my barang barang.
• It must not be Deuter, Eastpack, Dickies or any brand of that sort.
• Brands like Nike and Adidas are preferred.
• Material to be water-resistant.
• Would prefer to have some design, instead of really plain ones.

So demanding hor? But while shopping on Tuesday, I found this Nike bag~! Woohoo. Love at first sight.

Was at The Cathay eating, before heading into the cinema. AhSir ordered this Cheese Fries. But the cheese really look a little too yellow uh. No, its not my camera. It supposed to be this colour~! looks weird. but taste soso to me. And not forgetting the pizza we ordered look damn miserable. We shall see how long this stall can last.
